As a student of Haaga-Helia you can also send us messages through our Service Portal. To use the Service Portal you have to sign in to the service with your Haaga-Helia email address and password. Sign in with "Haaga-Helia SSO" and choose ”Submit a ticket”.

Service Portal

Study Services Study Advisors give information and guidance in for example questions regarding study practicalities, study right and technical support and assistance when preparing the personal study plan (PSP). Study Advisors also handles the students credit transfer applications. If needed you can arrange a personal appointment with your Study Advisor.

Note! You can also independently edit and send your PSP for approval. You can find all the instructions on the following website:

Please send your PSP to your own Guidance Counsellor for approval.

Personal study advice

All Haaga-Helia degree students can receive personal study advice from their own Study Advisor. Study Advisors help with issues related to study right and give technical assistance when preparing the personal study plan (deleting or adding courses to your PSP). You can also get help with filling in the credit transfer application.

You can book a Teams/Zoom appointment, a phone call or an appointment on Campus by sending an email to your Study Advisor. You can find the name of your own Study Advisor in Peppi student desktop from Study entitlement information > Instructors. If you cannot find your own Study Advisors name in Peppi, please contact [email protected]. 

NB You can also check your study credits from the My Studyinfo service which is the new service of the Finnish National Agency of Education My Studyinfo service. Please read more about how to share your transcript of records through My Studyinfo >> 

As a student in Haaga-Helia you can order study certificates and transcript of records as electronic and digitally signed documents. More information about electronic and paper certificates

As a resigned former student of Haaga-Helia you can order a certificate of resignation and a transcript of records by post or email. More information about ordering different certificates after graduation or resignation

Please be prepared to show your identity when visiting the customer service desk of Study Services.

As a degree student you can get all student discounts by ordering the official national student card from our Student Union Helga.

Please update your address information and other than your school email address. If your place of domicile or your name changes, please contact Study Services. Note! Address information in the Population Information System will not automatically be updated in the Haaga-Helia student register.

Students of Haaga-Helia find information about study practicalities in Peppi. Log in to Peppi with your Haaga-Helia user ID and password. In Peppi you can plan your studies, communicate with the Guidance Counsellor, enroll for courses, check your credits and print/download your own transcript of records.

You can send messages with confidential information to Study Services using the Secure Mail system. Confidential information can be for example documents concerning health information. Please use the Secure Mail only if your message contains confidential information. Otherwise, please use our normal email address [email protected].

Parking at Porvoo Campus:

You can get to the Porvoo Campus parking lot from Taidetehtaankatu. You will need a valid parking permit to park on the Campus parking lot. This parking permit only concerns parking spaces with no car engine heater post or Staff only sign. The parking permit is valid for one academic year (1 Aug – 31 Aug) and a student can get only one parking permit during the academic year. The parking lot is supervised by City of Porvoo.

Only Haaga-Helia students who have enrolled for attendance can get a parking permit.

You can get a parking permit from the Porvoo Campus Info by proving that you have enrolled for attendance at Haaga-Helia, for example by downloading an electronic study certificate from Peppi or even by logging in to Peppi (by phone). The permit can also be picked up from Porvoo Study Services during opening hours.
