Pasila customer service desk (2nd floor) is a place where you can get help, advice, and solutions quickly and easily. We are here to assist you in a variety of situations. For example, you can come to pick up a Kela meal subsidy card, a study certificate, or a transcript of records. If necessary, we will refer you to the right service or person.
At the study services' and study advisors’ customer service desks on all campuses, you can get information and advice on study-related practicalities and matters concerning your right to study. For example, you can ask about credit transfer applications, enrolments for academic year, or graduation. We are happy to help!
