As an alum you are part of the international network – graduates from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and School of Professional Teacher Education. You are an important link between us and working life. There are almost 50 000 alumni.
The goal of Haaga-Helia’s Alumni Services is to strengthen our alumni’s professional expertise and to build and maintain an active network among alumni, students, staff, and partners. At the same time, we promote the recognition and impact of our degrees in society. Our alumni’s perspectives are an important part of the continuous development of our education, and we invite them to participate in, for example, quality workshops to support the development of degree quality.
Keeping in touch with us is easy, even after your graduation. Use the Alumni Portal to keep your contact details up to date. This ensures you will receive information about upcoming events, further education and Haaga-Helia's news. We communicate via e-mail and in a LinkedIn group Haaga-Helia Alumni Network (Official) which is also for students and staff.
Some events are unfortunately only in Finnish, but you are more than welcome to join us and practice your Finnish skills.
Alumni newsletters are sent out by email about 8 times a year. Please remember to update your email address in our Alumni Portal if it changes.
The alumni newsletter is bilingual. We write in English all information and courses that are available in English. If the information or event is only available in Finnish, it is written in the newsletter in Finnish.
