The cooperation enriches the activities of all participants: the company’s brand and employer image improve, students learn the competencies needed in the business world, and Haaga-Helia develops its operations and expands its networks.
At the beginning of the cooperation, a partnership agreement is drawn up, and in return for an annual fee, the partner company receives, among other things, diverse brand visibility among students, for example:
- A dedicated space for the partner manager, who acts as a contact person and is responsible for the planning of the cooperation
- Additional visibility for job advertisements in Haaga-Helia’s own recruitment channel
- Annual image survey results specific to the partner
- Opportunities for extensive course cooperation
- Access to networking at invitation-only events
- Skills assessment
- A skills assessment based on years of experience and a proven concept
