

Ulysseus develops joint degrees, common educational offerings, and promotes research. Ulysseus research activities and joint degrees are based on six innovation hubs located at each partner university. Haaga-Helia's responsibility is to develop an innovation hub focused on artificial intelligence.

The two new partners for the second phase of the alliance, University of Münster (Germany) and University of Montenegro, became full members in November 2023 for the second phase of the alliance (2023-2027).
At Ulysseus European University, joint European degrees will be developed, joint programmes and courses are available for students, as well as course offerings for partner universities' researchers, teachers, and professional staff. In addition Ulysseus promotes life-long-learning by offering MOOCs on current topics and language courses that are open to everyone.
