Boosting success through internationalization – BOOST IN

In response to the demands of the digital age, the project develops accessible and innovative forms of internationalisation that support intercultural learning and knowledge exchange without physical mobility.

The project will produce micro-learning modules and micro-challenges, develop an online tool to assess global competence, and create a peer-to-peer mentoring programme. In addition, new virtual international experiences will be designed and their impact evaluated. Project results and best practices will be shared within the Ulysseus universities’ Community of Practice for internationalisation.

Haaga-Helia plays a key role in the project as a pedagogical and content expert, with a particular focus on training content for students and administrative staff. The project will result in concrete tools, training programmes, and networks that will continue to support the strategic development of higher education institutions even after the project ends.
