On this website, you will find instructions on how to submit a notification to Haaga-Helia if you have discovered in the course of your work that legislation is being violated at Haaga-Helia. Before submitting a notification, you should carefully read the instructions and the conditions for whistleblower protection.

Whistleblower protection is based on the Whistleblower Protection Act (1171/2022). Whistleblower protection means that anyone who, in the course of their work, discovers a breach of European Union or national law in certain areas of the law can report it safely. The aim of the Whistleblower Protection Act is to improve enforcement of the legislation. Reporting breaches is important to prevent threats to the public interest and serious harm.

Please note that you can only use this whistleblowing channel to submit notifications to Haaga-Helia in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. You cannot use the Haaga-Helia whistleblowing channel to report, for example, grievances related to your own employment relationship or health and safety issues such as discrimination. The whistleblowing channel is also not intended to be a general feedback channel.

Haaga-Helia will process the personal data received as a result of the whistleblowing in accordance with its privacy notice.
