Lead paragraph
By taking part in RDI activities as part of your studies, you can get involved in developing sustainable solutions for the future. You will learn about practical project management, working with different partners and research and development in general. These skills will provide you with numerous career opportunities in companies and other organisations and will also teach you about entrepreneurship.
In RDI projects and HH Labs, we create new solutions to business and wider societal challenges in collaboration with companies and other organisations.
RDI work is an important tool and a way of making a difference to the environment and well-being, and to the success of businesses and societies. It creates solutions to key challenges, develops new services, products and activities, and builds the collaborative networks and ecosystems that are essential for the world of tomorrow.
What is this RDI(L)?
RDIL combines research, development, innovation and learning.
How can I participate in RDI work?
As a student, you can get involved by applying for a work placement in a project or by choosing a thesis topic offered by a project. Many courses also include coursework or short-term projects commissioned by projects, for example in HH labs.
If you would like to do a work placement or a thesis in an RDI project, find out more about Haaga-Helia's projects and contact the project manager.
