Ordering different certificates after graduation or resignation

A graduated student, here you can order a certified true copy of your degree certificate or your certificate (Vocational Teacher Education).

Certified true copy of the degree certificate includes:

• Degree Certificate in Finnish and English
• Transcript of Record in Finnish and English
• Diploma Supplement in English.

The Haaga-Helia School of Professional Teacher Education certificate consists of:

Professional teacher education (in English)

• a certificate in English and Finnish
• a Certificate Supplement in English (more information about the studies and qualifications)
• a transcript of records in English and Finnish (including all of the studies you have completed) 

Professional teacher education (in Finnish), special needs teacher education and vocational study counsellour education

• a certificate in Finnish
• a Certificate Supplement in English (more information about the studies and qualifications)
• a transcript of records in Finnish and English (including all of the studies you have completed) 

NB Students graduated before 1 August 2008, please contact Study Services before making the order and payment. 

Please read the following instructions before ordering a certified true copy of your degree certificate/certificate:

• A graduated student from Haaga-Helia can get one copy of their degree certificate/certificate.
• Copies will be mailed for 50 euros.
• A graduated student who is applying to a foreign academy that demands that Haaga-Helia sends them a copy of the student's degree certificate/certificate directly can exceptionally order more than one certified true copy. Each copy sent by Haaga-Helia costs 50 euros.
• A copy will be sent to you in two weeks as a regular letter to the address you have given on this form. Please note that public holidays and vacation periods may affect delivery times and especially during summer delivery times may be longer. 
• Haaga-Helia does not take responsibility for the postal delivery.

Additional instructions for students graduated from Vallila campus:

• Students who graduated from the Vallila campus have their degree certificates filed at Pasila Campus. Please choose Pasila as the campus of the degree programme when filling in the form.

Before you fill in the form, please authenticate using your online banking codes. After the authentication, you can continue to the form. The payment is done through your online bank after you have filled in the form. The system logs off automatically after a set period of inactivity so please pay the charge right after you have filled in the form. The charge is non-refundable.

Order without Finnish online banking codes

If it is not possible for you to identify through Suomi.fi identification with Finnish online banking codes, you can use the form below. You will get instructions how to make the identification after filling in the order.

This form is for graduated or resigned former students of Haaga-Helia. If you want to resign from Haaga-Helia, please fill in the resignation announcement. NB if you are a student of the Open University of Applied Sciences, do not use this form. Please contact Study Services.

As a graduated former student of Haaga-Helia you can order a transcript of records, and as a resigned former student of Haaga-Helia, you can order a certificate of resignation and a transcript of records. The certificates can be sent by post or/and email. The handling fee is 20 euros and you automatically get the certificate in Finnish and in English. The handling fee is paid as an online payment right after you have filled in the form. The handling fee is non-refundable.

The certificates will be sent to the postal address or email address informed on this form within a week. NB Haaga-Helia does not take any responsibility for the postal delivery. Please note that public holidays and vacation periods may affect delivery times and especially during summer delivery times may be longer. 

The electronic transcript of records and certificate of resignation are PDF documents equipped with a digital signature to confirm their authenticity and integrity. The digital signature replaces handwritten signatures and stamps.  Electronic documents are official only in their digital form and not as paper-printed copies. They cannot be modified, as any change made to the file invalidates the digital signature. You can find instructions at the end of the document on how the recipient can check the document’s validity.

Ordering the new electronic degree certificate or certificate in place of the missing degree certificate costs 20 euros, and the electronic degree certificate (PDF document) includes all parts of the degree certificate.
