You can view your Personal Study Plan (PSP) from the PSP menu. Your study plan is based on the curriculum of your degree programme. To access your PSP, select PSP from the navigation bar at the top of the Peppi Student Desktop.
PSP
On the PSP tab, you can monitor your study progress, plan your studies, download your transcript of records, send your PSP for comments or approval, view notes related to your PSP and follow the latest changes made to your PSP.
The PSP tab always displays the current version of your PSP. If you have more than one study right at Haaga-Helia, select the study right whose PSP you wish to view from the menu under your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
You can download a transcript of records in PDF format by selecting Download Transcript of Records (PDF) on the PSP tab. You can expand or collapse the PSP structure using the arrow icons on the left-hand side. You can also use the Expand All / Collapse All button to open or close all sections at once.
Viewing PSP Versions
Using the Select PSP Version drop-down menu, you can view previously approved or deleted PSP versions. However, all editing is done in the Draft version. Once you submit your PSP for approval and it has been approved, the system automatically creates a new draft version that you can continue editing. In an approved PSP version, you can review the studies you have planned for the upcoming semester. To view an approved version, select APPROVED from the PSP Version menu. Please note that approved versions cannot be edited. All changes must be made in the Draft version. You can plan and manage your study schedule on the Schedule tab of your PSP.
PSP Information Panel
Select the question mark icon above the PSP structure on the right-hand side of the page to view explanations of the symbols used in the PSP.
You can also see the meaning of a symbol by hovering your mouse pointer over it.
Course Status
On the PSP tab, you can see whether a course is compulsory, elective, or optional.
The coloured box on the left side of each course row indicates the course type:
- Orange: Compulsory
- Light blue: Elective
- Dark blue: Optional
- Yellow: Course provided by another institution
NOTE! The course type information may occasionally be incorrect. You can verify the course status in the Study Guide.
The icon displayed to the left of the course name indicates the completion status of the course. You can view the meaning of each icon through the question mark menu or by hovering over the icon.
