Implementation Enrolment

1. Go to your PSP and open the "Editing the PSP" tab.
2. In your PSP, look for the study module in your PSP to which you want to add courses and click the magnifying glass icon next to the module name (add studies).
3. Search for the desired course to add to your PSP, the instructions can be found here.
    

1. Go to your PSP and open the Enrolments tab.
2. Under the Enrolment ongoing -heading, you will see the implementations (Haaga-Helia studies and any cross-study studies) that are included in your PSP and currently open for enrolment. Make sure the All -button above the Enrolment ongoing heading is selected.
3. Enroll in your chosen implementations by clicking the Enroll button on the right side of the page.
4. Under the Active implementations -heading, you can view your enrolments for implementations that are currently in progress or will start in the future.
5. Under the Past implementations heading, you will find the completed implementations for which you were enrolled.

Please also pay attention to the type of implementation when making the enrolments. There are six alternative implementation types:

• CONTACT
• ONLINE
• VIRTUAL
• DEMO
• WORKSTUDY
• EXAM

Additionally, there are six additional codes. These are marked on the "Groups" field. Additional codes BLENDED, EVENING, WEEKEND and INTENSIVE give more information about CONTACT and ONLINE implementations. Additional codes NONSTOP and INSTRUCTED describe the type of a VIRTUAL implementation.

Implementation types and additional codes are marked on the Groups field on an implementation.

Note! Implementation type may be displayed incorrectly in the Implementation type field in the basic info of an implementation on your PSP. Please check the correct implementation type in the Groups field.

All the implementations you have ever enrolled for are listed under "Enrolments: Active implementations " on the Enrolment tab.  Implementations that have already taken place and for which you have registered are under "Enrolments: Past implementations".

Enrolments made by mistake can be cancelled by pressing "cancel". You can cancel your enrolments until your enrolment has been approved. If you want to cancel your enrolment after it has been approved, please contact the implementation's teacher. 

The student must attend the first teaching session or notify the teacher of any absence in accordance with the degree regulations (excluding nonstop or virtual implementations). In this way, the student can secure his or her place for the implementation. At the beginning the teacher rejects the enrolments from those students who do not attend the class or report their absence. If you are in the queue for the implementation, you can come to the first teaching session to check, if any spots have become available for the implementation. If any spots have become available, the teacher will accept on the implementation students, who are present during the first teaching session, in the order of enrolment from the queue. Once you start an implementation, your performance will be graded.
