View and edit your personal data

View Your Personal Data and Edit Your Contact Information

You can view your personal data and edit your contact information by clicking your name on the top right corner and selecting Settings from the menu that opens.

In the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the opening view, the pages are divided into two categories: information related to your studies and your personal information.

Information related to your studies

• The information related to your studies is located under the name of the study right. (NOTE! If you have more than one valid study right in Haaga-Helia, select which study right information you want to view.)
• Student data: You find information related to your study right.
• Attendance: You can view information related to your enrolments. You will also find a link to enrolment registration.
• PSP: The link will take you to your personal study plan page. (You can access the same page from the main menu.)
• Study completions: The link to will take you to your study completions. (You can access the same page from the main menu.)
• International mobility: You can view information related to your international mobility.
   

Your personal information 

• Can be found under your name.
• Personal details: You can view your details, but this information cannot be edited.
• Contact information: You can view your contact details. You can update any information that has changed.
• Data distribution: You can view the permissions you have given related to your data.
• Next of kin: You can add your next of kin and their contact details.
• Settings: You can change your interface settings.
   

Editing your contacts

• Open your personal data by clicking your name on the top right corner.
• In the menu that opens, click Settings.
• Go to Contacts.
• You can edit and update your contact details by clicking Edit contact information.
• Finally, click Save.
