For students beginning their studies on or after January 1, 2027, the thesis will be worth 10 credits.

You will accomplish your major (30 ECTS) in Experience Management. This major provides you a broad, future‑focused understanding of how experiences are created, designed, and managed in modern hospitality and tourism. 

During your major studies, you will:

• Explore experience design theories and modern design processes
• Strengthen your creativity and innovation skills
• Learn imagineering, the art of turning ideas into compelling experiences
• Understand how gamification can enhance engagement and customer value

You can also personalize your expertise by choosing one or more minor packages (15 ECTS) in hospitality, tourism, experience design, or other business fields.
