The Human-driven AI research group at Haaga-Helia promotes research and business-oriented development work aimed at creating opportunities and conditions for the effective utilization of artificial intelligence.
Our research group aims to support employee well-being and organizational competitiveness in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). Human-driven AI aligns employee needs with technological possibilities and the demands of modern business. Our mission is to foster collaboration and to research, develop, and guide the use of artificial intelligence in organizations and society in a way that supports human well-being and sustainable development.
The research group seeks to produce applied, evidence-based knowledge on AI and to create clear development pathways for integrating human-driven AI into sustainable and responsible business and entrepreneurship. This also fosters innovation and contributes to societal well-being.
We promote the use of AI in work and business environments by focusing on collaboration and integrating AI into organizations’ strategic processes and tools – enhancing both employee well-being and organizational competitiveness.
We generate new, research-based knowledge and expertise, support the adoption of AI in companies and organizations, and build networks that encourage the responsible use of AI. We also develop education to enhance AI competencies and produce new, meaningful knowledge and expertise through multidisciplinary approaches.
