AIKAA! Intelligent and humane automation for micro and SMEs

The aim of the AIKAA! project is to improve the well-being and productivity of micro and SMEs by utilising generative artificial intelligence.

The project aims to reduce the feeling of urgency and strain in the workplace and to develop innovative, scalable solutions that support well-being and efficiency. In addition, networks will be created between companies and experts to make extensive use of the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence. 

The project will implement several measures, such as the current state of workload and well-being at work among immediate management and personnel, as well as the maturity level of the organization's generative artificial intelligence. 

Piloting generative AI solutions and assessing their impact on well-being at work and productivity. In addition, the project describes commonly usable, scalable models for managing rush and supporting well-being.

Finally, the results and best practices of the project will be disseminated nationwide so that they support the development of working life extensively in different sectors.

The project will produce concrete benefits, such as improved well-being at work and competitiveness, and its results can also be utilised by other sectors and educational institutions in teaching and research.
