Artificial intelligence and equity in work communities (ReiluAI as in fair AI) promotes the equitable and ethical use of artificial intelligence in expert and knowledge work in a sustainable and inclusive manner. The project provides workplaces with practical, easily accessible communication materials and tools that support the development of fair AI practices and employee participation in the age of artificial intelligence.
With the help of the materials produced in the project, organizations are able to identify and develop equality aspects related to the implementation of artificial intelligence, which supports employees' opportunities for participation, fair treatment, as well as corporate responsibility and competitiveness.
The target group of the project consists of professionals and knowledge workers, supervisors, company management, and developers of working life, and it is based on researched information (including AIE research 2023–2024), which will be made available to businesses and organizations in diverse formats through various communication channels.
