Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences participates again in the I Am Antiracist -campaign organised by the Finnish Ministry of Justice and Ombudsman for Equality.

The goal of the campaign is to prevent sidelining and to influence discriminatory attitudes. Studies show that racism, harassment and discrimination are more common in Finland than the European average.

Haaga-Helia has zero tolerance for racism.

In practice, this means that we do not accept racism, discrimination, or any other harassment in our University of Applied Sciences.

In our activities, we strive to promote equality, which is why it was clear to us that we are involved in the I Am Antiracist campaign implemented by the Ministry of Justice and the Ombudsman for Equality.

During the campaign, Haaga-Helia will provide training for staff on equality and antiracism. We will also strongly promote equality on our social media channels.

Haaga-Helia also challenges the whole UAS community to join the campaign. Let's build a racism-free future together.
