HyppAI is a company founded in 2026 that provides training and expert services related to the utilization of artificial intelligence in support of public procurement. The company’s core service is the Artificial Intelligence in Public Procurement course, which covers topics such as the requirements introduced by the EU AI Act, as well as practical AI use cases and implementation models in procurement.
Shared vision for the cooperation
HyppAI founder Teemu Hyppänen became interested in Haaga-Helia’s partnership program after seeing a post on LinkedIn. Following the initial discussions, a shared vision was quickly established, making the decision to join as a partner an easy one.
– The first concrete actions of the collaboration are related to course collaboration. During the winter and spring, plans include guest lectures for undergraduate procurement courses and the ICT Sourcing master’s-level course, says Hyppänen.
The lectures will focus on HyppAI’s core expertise: utilizing artificial intelligence in procurement.
Looking ahead – What’s next?
In the future, HyppAI hopes to participate in research and development collaboration through various projects. Taking part in the Haaga-Helia Partner Podcast is also one potential form of cooperation.
The partnership also provides HyppAI with opportunities to network with other companies and experts through various networking events, such as the partner evening.
HyppAI sees collaboration with higher education institutions as an opportunity to build long-term relationships with students, experts, and companies. At the same time, HyppAI can contribute practical experience in using artificial intelligence in procurement work.
