Choose the stairs and win!

What is the best stair sticker, and how many different messages can you find on the stairs? We welcome you to take part in a challenge designed to encourage the use of stairs instead of lifts on our campuses.

The campaign is organised as part of the national Stair Days campaign, involving hundreds of organisations across Finland. Both students and staff can participate. 

Respond by Friday, 13 November 2026, and at the same time you will be entered into a prize draw for product prizes.

Participate in the stair challenge

The challenge are implemented by the UAS Moves project of Haaga-Helia and Laurea, which develops higher education institution culture through physical activity to support learning, wellbeing and community spirit.
