250 graduates from the School of Professional Teacher Education – congratulations to all!

Graduation ceremonies for the Haaga-Helia School of Professional Teacher Education were held in April. During this academic year (August 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025), a total of 250 students graduated. Of these, 214 completed the program to become professional teachers, 27 became special needs teachers, and 9 qualified as guidance counsellors.

At Haaga-Helia, teacher education is offered in both Finnish and English. This year, 11 of the new professional teachers graduated from the international English-language group.

In May, 340 new students will begin their teacher education studies at Haaga-Helia. In addition, a total of 63 new students will start their studies to become either special needs teachers or study counsellors.

Congratulations to all the graduates of this academic year and new teacher students!
