There will be a maintenance break on Pepi today, Monday, from 2 pm to 3 pm.
Haaga-Helia will join the EXAM Consortium’s Exam Visit Service on Monday, 2 November 2026.
This change means that Haaga-Helia students can take an exam for a Haaga-Helia course at EXAM visit facilities provided by other higher education institutions.
Note also that Haaga-Helia EXAM user rules have been updated.
From 2 November 2026 Haaga-Helia students may choose any available EXAM visit facility at another higher education institution that is part of the EXAM Consortium as the location for an examination for a Haaga-Helia course.
An exam visit is booked through Haaga-Helia EXAM system. Students using the EXAM visit service must familiarise themselves in advance with the EXAM instructions of the selected higher education institution. They must comply with the rules and regulations of that EXAM visit facility. Students are also responsible for ensuring that any software required for their examination is available at their chosen EXAM visit location.
As part of this change, Haaga-Helia’s EXAM user regulations have been updated regarding identity verification. From now on, students taking an exam at EXAM facilities must bring a valid form of photo identification with them to the EXAM room.
Please familiarise yourself with Haaga-Helia’s updated EXAM instructions.
