Are you ready to make your voice heard at the heart of Europe? The European Student Assembly (ESA) invites passionate and forward-thinking higher education students to apply for its 2026 edition — the flagship initiative of the EUC Voices Erasmus+ project.

Each year, around 250 students from across Europe come together to debate pressing issues shaping the future of the European Union, collaborate on meaningful policy proposals, and experience true intercultural exchange.

This is your chance to engage directly with European decision-making and connect with inspiring peers at the European Parliament in Strasbourg from 20–22 April 2026.

For selected students Ulysseus European University covers the travel expenses and the organizer provides the accommodation in Strasbourg.

Application process

1. Application closes 2.11.2025
2. Applications are open to students from all nationalities, fields and levels of study from the second year of Bachelor to PhD, and they are not older than 30 years of age.
3. Choose your alliance: "Ulysseus European University" from the dropdown menu.
4. Select your role: Participant or panel coordinator (read the descriptions from the ESA26 handbook)
5. The selection process is carried out in collaboration with the ESA Selection Committee and the alliances
6. The call is open to all Haaga-Helia students both on BA (from second year) and Master level.
