Preparedness Day on 7 February – Preparedness is a civic skill

This year's theme for National Preparedness Day is "Start with water". After all, water is one of the first things people need in a disaster situation.

It is a reminder of the importance of preparedness and encourages everyone to take concrete steps to be prepared. Find out how you can prepare for emergencies at home or at school:

A process of thinking through risks and threats strengthens the resources of the individual and the community. You can read more about Haaga-Helia's safety issues on the Safety page.

Let's prepare smarter together!
