Spring and summer schedules and enrollment

Enrollment for 4th period implementations ends on Fri 20 March and enrollment for summer implementations ends on Fri 15 May. Please check the list of summer implementations in Study Guide. You will find a detailed schedule in Timetable tool (Lukkarikone).

A boost for your thesis from the Thesis Done -group

Is your thesis stuck or does working on it feel heavy? You’re not alone! The Thesis Done -group is a peer- and coaching group for students who have decided to get their thesis done. The group is held entirely online and works as an additional support alongside the guidance you receive from your thesis supervisor. There are no degree restrictions – the group is open to everyone. The sessions are facilitated by Haaga-Helia study coaches. Read more and sign up here.

Apply for Student Exchange

The main application round for student exchange studies for the Autumn 2026 and Spring 2027 academic year will be open on 26.1.2026–9.2.2026. Haaga-Helia has nearly 200 partners around the globe and you can find out more about the exchange destinations and the travel reports from students who have been on exchange in the MoveOn database. Master’s students’ exchange destinations are mainly located in Europe, and the study plan for the exchange is prepared together with the international affairs specialist, Maarit Haukka. Course Connect: Build Your Bridge

Join Haaga-Helia's Course Connect: Build Your Bridge on 10.2 from 14.30–16.30 in Room 1001 on Haaga-Helia's Pasila campus. Together, Haaga-Helia's International Services and Career Services will organize an informative networking event on 10 February to help students and alumni learn how to network and why it is essential for finding employment. Master's thesis – Help! Information search training, 16 April, 16:00–17:00

Master’s student, are you looking for help with finding good source material for your thesis? Look no further! This library information session is intended specifically for those working on their Master’s theses, but anyone interested in improving their information searching skills is more than welcome. We will concentrate on searching for peer-reviewed and other scholarly materials. Read more and join the training session!

The due date for the fee for the spring term is 15 March, if you register as attending by 31 January. If you register as attending for the spring term on or after 1 February, the due date is 31 July. Read more.
