SHUTTLE – Sharing Future Learning Environments in Higher Education and Lifelong Learning

Our rapidly changing world requires courageous and innovative leadership visions and methods of experimenting with new learning solutions in collaboration with stakeholders from different fields.

To meet future collaboration and leadership needs, our international consortium and its associated partners engage in strategic online community building to co-design and share experiential digital learning environments internationally and between universities and industry partners.

The SHUTTLE project studies and develops sustainable business, marketing, communication, and digital leadership education in intercultural and collaborative settings. Our overall purpose is to build transformational thought leadership skills among students, teachers, employees, and employers across Europe and the globe.

The aims of the SHUTTLE project are

  1. to experiment with experiential digital solutions and community platforms promoting learners’ self-leadership skills and sustainable social, economic, ecological, and cultural developments
  2. to engage in international digital community building to foster learners’ collaborative and intercultural leadership skills for change and transformation
  3. to integrate new technologies as pedagogical tools for developing visionary business, marketing, communication, and digital leadership skills
  4. to train educators, learners, and employers to co-develop open and shareable future learning environments for higher education and for lifelong learning (companies and stakeholder communities)
  5. to share research results and best practices in international academic and professional communities and networks.
