The Pata project aims to enhance the seller-buyer interaction by leveraging artificial intelligence to develop data-based models for better customer experience.

The project also focuses on studying salespeople's interaction behavior and emotional skills to improve customer encounter skills and match the right salesperson to each customer. This data can be used to profile customers and target sales campaigns towards potential buyers.

Additionally, customer profiling uncovers crucial factors that impact sales direction and targeting, such as profitability, commitment, and pioneers.
