The Game of Change project provides a new approach for teachers and trainers on change processes, combining mindfulness teaching with change management and creativity.
The project aims at creating new effective methods and learning material for trainers in adult education to support persons in vulnerable situations, change processes or in need to improve their resilience. The project also empowers trainers to become “ambassadors” with their peers and establishments, support the adoption of effective change management methods and improve teaching and learnining activities.
As a result the project produces open educational resources in a digital and an analog version for trainers in adult education to conduct the Game of Change.
