Applicants to Bachelor's degree programmes who have completed the required studies (55 ECTS) as pathway studies from an upper secondary vocational school in Finland must attach a copy of the final certificate of the upper secondary vocational qualification in question to their online application in My Studyinfo by 9 January 2024 at 15.00 Finnish time. The transcript of the Open UAS studies in Haaga-Helia does not need to be attached to the application but the 55 ECTS must be registered in the student register with a passing grade by 9 January 2024.
Applicants accepted to the Bachelor's degree programme in Strategic Hospitality Management need to have the credits required for eligibility (55 ECTS) registered in the student register by 9 January 2024, 15.00 Finnish time. The transcript of the Open UAS studies in Haaga-Helia does not need to be attached to the application but the 55 ECTS must be registered in the student register with a passing grade by 9 January 2024.
Other applicants accepted to Bachelor’s degree programmes do not need to submit a transcript of study records.
Applicants accepted to Master’s degree programmes need to have the credits required for eligibility (30 ECTS) registered in the student register by 9 January 2024, 15.00 Finnish time. In case you have completed all required credits in Haaga-Helia's Open UAS or in case you have already submitted the transcript of the 30 ECTS during the application period, you do not need to submit an updated transcript of records. In other cases, submit an up-to-date transcript of records by 9 January 2024, 15.00 Finnish time, to Haaga-Helia's Admission Services.
Please note that the admission as degree student is conditional until the Admission Services has checked that the applicant has completed the required 55 ECTS (Bachelor level) / 30 ECTS (Master level).
If the applicant does not provide the required documents by 9 January 2024 at 15.00 Finnish time or if the eligibility requirements are not met by the aforementioned deadline or if the applicant has given inadequate or false information in the application process, the admission will be automatically withdrawn.
