Haaga-Helia offers on the Pasila Campus preventive guidance and counselling for all Haaga-Helia's degree students despite which campus they are studying.

The role of the preventive services is to support and promote students coping and wellbeing with the studies and student life by discussing problems and by indicating the need for further action if necessary.

Services are meant for students who have concerns about their studies, like questions about motivation, study skills, stress or time management. You can also contact us if you have mild and temporary well-being problems, like stressfull life situation. In case of having previous mental health issues, contact Finnish Student Health Service or your health station. In case of having a crisis situation, contact the local crisis emergency services or Crisis Helpline.

Counseling lasts 1-5 sessions. Conversations are confidential and free of charge. Meeting take place at the Pasila campus or online.
