Free Mover Exchange at Haaga-Helia

• The applicant must be currently a degree student of a higher education institution.
• The applicant needs to have an English B2 level on the CEFR scale.

Applicants should note that the decision on the acceptance of the student as a Free Mover student at Haaga-Helia is done on a case-by-case basis.

Non-EU/EEA Free Mover students are subject to pay tuition fees which are following:

• One period (2 months)  2 750 €  (Autumn or Spring) 

• One semester 5 500 € (Autumn or Spring) 

• One academic year 11 000 € 

EU/EEA/Swiss Free Mover students are subject to pay administrative fee which are following:

• One period (2 months)  250 €  (Autumn or Spring) 

• One semester 500 € (Autumn or Spring) 

• One academic year 1 000 €

The instructions for the fee payment will be sent after the student has been accepted for a Free Mover exchange at Haaga-Helia. 

If you want to study free mover exchange at Haaga-Helia fully virtually, then the fee for one semester studies for EU/EEA/Swiss students is 250 € and for the non-EU/EEA students 2750 €.

Accommodation from HOAS in Helsinki (Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region) is guaranteed (if study time is at least for 1 semester). A separate application to HOAS is required following their deadlines. Monthly rent prices vary from 400€–550€.

Students wishing to study in Porvoo (400–500 euros / month) or Vierumäki (290–340 euros/person/month in 2-4 person apartments) have guaranteed student housing.
