Susanna is UAS librarian of the year - congratulations!

Three exemplary librarians working at Finnish University of Applied Sciences libraries were nominated UAS librarians of the year at the 20th Anniversary Seminar of AMKIT Consortium, the collaborative body of UAS libraries in Finland. One of the nominated is Susanna Orpana, who works at Haaga-Helia's Pasila library.

According to the jury, Susanna provides excellent customer service in a highly professional manner. She is a dedicated, conscientious, and attentive professional who always puts others first. Susanna was also commended for her ability to evaluate and develop work practices in a constructive way.
