Study Services opening hours at the turn of the year

Study Services face-to-face customer service on campuses is open normally until Thu 11 December and Pasila customer service desk (2nd floor) is open normally until Fri 19 December. After this you can contact us by email.

• Study Services phone service (degree students and open UAS) is closed 19.12.2025–6.1.2026.
• Study Services of the School of Professional Teacher Education is closed 22.–28.12.2025. 

After the christmas break Study Services face-to-face customer service on campuses and phone service will open again Wed 7 January 2026. Pasila customer service desk is open also on Mon 5 January 2026 and exceptionally on Wed–Thu 7–8 January 2026 until 4.30 pm. Vierumäki Study Services face-to-face customer service opens again Tue 13 January 2026. 

Note! Study Services face-to-face customer service on Haaga, Malmi, Pasila and Porvoo Campuses and phone service for degree students is exceptionally open Mon-Fri during 7–16 January 2026.
