Study Services welcomes all to start the autumn semester!

All Haaga-Helia students can get study services from all campuses and from Pasila customer service desk (2nd floor). Study Services provides students with information and guidance concerning study practicalities, graduation and issues concerning study right.

You can order official certified electronic study certificates and transcript of records from Peppi. The student discount on HSL season tickets is granted when you purchase tickets via the HSL app. Activate the discount yourself on the HSL app. If necessary, Study Services can give the discount form for HSL card. It's also possible to get the meal subsidy card from Study Services.

From 10 to 21 August 2026:

Pasila customer service desk (2nd floor):
Mon–Fri 9 am – 3 pm.
Note! Customer service desk is closed on 14 August.

Pasila Study Services:
Mon–Fri 9 am – 3 pm

Porvoo Study Services:
Mon–Fri 11.30 am – 1.30 pm

Malmi Study Services:
Mon–Tue, Thu–Fri 10 am – 12 pm and Wed 12 pm – 3 pm

Vierumäki Study Services:
Tue–Thu 12 pm – 2 pm

Healthcare fee

Remember to pay the healthcare fee to Kela by 15 November 2026 at the latest. Please note that Kela will not send you an invoice, so you must pay the fee on your own initiative via Kela's e-service every semester. More information on Kela.fi.

Update your address information

Please update your address information and other than your school email address in Peppi. Study Services can update your home municipality and name, if the information in your contact information is incorrect. Study Services needs an official document stating the change of your name.
Please also check that your mother tongue and language of school education is correct.

Haaga-Helia sends all emails to your @myy.haaga-helia.fi address. You can forward messages sent to @myy.haaga-helia.fi to your personal email address.

Please check the following:

• your email address is spelled correctly
• there is no extra text in the email field
• there is only one email address
• your mailbox is not full
