What’s next? 

1. Check your approved PSP to see what studies you have planned to complete during the next semester. Instructions: https://mynet.haaga-helia.fi/group/pakki/hopsin-tarkastelu  

2. Plan your timetable using Lukkarikone. Instructions: https://www.haaga-helia.fi/en/lukkarikone-instructions 

   • Use the group ID to search for implementations aimed at your group. 

   • Search for studies in your PSP by using the course’s name or ID as the search criteria.   

   • Pay attention to the implementation types. 

     • The implementation types and their descriptions can be found in Lukkarikone user instructions. 

     • PLEASE NOTE: On DEMO implementations, prior learning is shown through demonstration. These implementations do not include teaching. 

3. Enrol for implementations in Peppi.  

   • Enrolment for implementations starts on Monday 25.11.2024 at 8 am and ends on Monday 2.12.2024 at 4pm.

     • PLEASE NOTE: Updating and sending your PSP for approval, and making your personal timetable using Lukkarikone, do not replace implementation enrolments. 

   • Acceptance on implementations 

     • Acceptance depends on whether the study is in your approved PSP and whether the study is aimed for you. More information: https://mynet.haaga-helia.fi/group/pakki/ilmoittautumisten-hyvaksyminen 

4. Confirm your place for the implementation by attending the first teaching session. 

   • For VIRTUAL implementations, the student confirms their enrolment by another method announced by the teacher.

Please note that if there are not enough students enrolled on an implementation during enrolment time, the implementation may be cancelled. Implementations may be cancelled due to low number of participants even if the enrolments were first confirmed after the enrolment time. 

From 8am on 2.1.2025, you can enrol for implementations that still have available seats or enrol to queue for implementations that are full. This is the post-enrolment. In the post-enrolment, students are accepted to implementations in the order of enrolment. 

Enrolment for first semester studies opens on 7.1.2025 at 8am. Please note that first-semester students have priority for their implementations.
