Opening hours at the turn of the year on campuses and services

Pasila Campus

The campus is still open on Monday 23 December from 08:00 to 16:00. The campus is completely closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 until Monday 6 January 2025.

It is not possible to work or stay at the Pasila campus at all from 24 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 due to the change of dirty water tank. Please note that you cannot enter the building even with a Helga access card.

From Tuesday 7 January, the Pasila campus will be open according to normal opening hours (weekdays from 07:30 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 15:00, Sundays closed).

Restaurants:

• Openetti is closed 16.12.2024–12.1.2025
• Pääraide is closed 23.12.2024–7.1.2025. Pääraide is open on Friday 20.12. from 8.00-13.00.
• Bistro open on Thursday 5.12. exceptionally from 7.45–13.00.

Haaga Campus

From 23 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 closed

From Tuesday 7 January open according to normal opening hours (weekdays from 07:30 to 16:00).

Caffeli is closed from 16 December to 12 January. Normal opening hours from Mon 13.1.

Malmi Campus

Until 20 December Mon–Thu 7.30–17.00 and Fri 7.30–15.00

Closed from 23 December to 27 December 2024

From 30 December 2024 to 3 January 2025 open on weekdays 9.00–15.00 (1 January and 6 January closed)

From 7 January 2025 normal opening hours: Mon–Thu 7.30–17.00 and Fri 7.30–15.00

Porvoo Campus

16 to 18 December open from 08:00 to 15:00.

19 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 closed.

From 7 January 2025, normal opening hours.

The restaurant is closed from 14 December to 7 January.

Vierumäki Campus

Check the opening hours on Vierumäki's website. Restaurant Puhti serves almost every day even at Christmas.

Helpdesk

Helpdesk is there to help you on all normal weekdays by phone at the turn of the year. Local support is not available on campuses as follows:

• Porvoo campus: no IT support 23 December 2024 to 6 January 2025
• Malmi campus: no IT support 23 December 2024 to 1 January 2025
• Haaga campus: no IT support 23 to 30 December 2024
• Pasila campus: no IT support 24 December 2024 to 6 January 2025.

Study services

The study services' face-to-face customer service on campuses is open normally until Thu 12 December and Pasila's customer service point until Fri 20 December until 12 noon. Online customer service is still open on Fri 13 December.

After the Christmas break, the local customer service on campuses will open again on Tue 7 January 2025 and online customer service on Mon 20 January 2025. Pasila customer service point is exceptionally open from Wed 8 to Thu 9 January 2025 until 16.30.

Our telephone service is closed from 20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 and will open again on Tue 7 January 2025.
