Pasila Campus Restaurants

Restaurant Pääraide is closed from 25 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
Openetti is closed from 15 December 2023 to 14 January 2024.
The bistro is closed from 18 December 2023 to 8 January 2024.

Porvoo Campus

18.–21.12. open from 07:30 to 16:00
22.12.–5.1. closed
From 8 January, normal opening hours

Safkiss Restaurant is closed from 22 December to 5 January. The restaurant is open again from 8 January. The restaurant has a reduced menu at weeks 51 and 2: there are two food options (vegetarian + regular).

Vierumäki Campus

Information on the exceptional opening hours at the turn of the year is coming soon.

Restaurant Puhti serves almost every day even at Christmas. Check the opening hours on Vierumäki's website.

Helpdesk

Helpdesk serves on all normal weekdays by phone. There will be no local support in Malmi on 27 December and in Porvoo from 25 to 29 December in Porvoo.

Study services

Study Services face-to-face customer service on campuses is open normally until Thursday 14 December and Pasila customer service desk is open normally until Thursday 21 December. After the Christmas break, Study Services face-to-face customer service on campuses opens again Mon 8 January 2024 and Online Customer Service opens Mon 22 January 2024. NB: Pasila customer service desk is open Wed 10 January 2024 until 5.30 pm.

Exceptions in phone service hours

Pasila and Malmi phone services are exceptionally closed from 4 December until 15 December. Haaga, Porvoo, and Vierumäki phone services are open normally on Tue, Wed, and Thu.
Phone service is exceptionally open on the day of the graduation ceremony Mon 18 December from 9 am until 2 pm​​.
Phone service is closed Mon–Fri 25–29 December.​​
Open UAS phone service is exceptionally closed in December.
