Library sends an e-mail reminder of unpaid fees on Tue 25 March
Library will remind of unpaid fees by email on Tue 25 March. The message will be sent to those Haaga-Helia Library customers who have unpaid fees of at least 2,00 € from the period 1 June 2022 – 25 March 2025. These fees may have accumulated due to overdue loans or uncollected reservations. You can view a detailed breakdown of your fees in your HH Finna account.

Please pay your fees through HH Finna as an online payment. Log in to HH Finna either with your Haaga-Helia user ID (Haaga-Helia students) or with your library card number and PIN code (other library users). You can also pay your fees by card at Haaga-Helia Pasila Campus Library during customer service hours.
The library sends a reminder of unpaid fees twice a year.
