Easier information searching: artificial intelligence tool Keenious Plus

The library has purchased Keenious Plus, an AI-based research article recommendation tool for Haaga-Helia students and staff. With Keenious Plus, you don’t need to think about search terms, the tool suggests articles based on an interesting text or PDF document.

Keenious Plus can be used either in a browser or with an add-on in MS Word or Google Docs. You can search for sources based on your own text while writing your thesis or coursework, for example.

Unlike some generative AI tools, Keenious Plus does not invent or hallucinate sources. It provides links to actual articles in Haaga-Helia’s databases as well as freely available articles.

To start using the tool, go to https://keenious.com/auth/sign-up?institution=HHUAS and create an account with Haaga-Helia's email address. Keenious will send you a verification code to your email.

When you have created an account, use Keenious Plus at https://keenious.com by logging in with Haaga-Helia's email address.
