Webinar in Finnish: Accelerating AI scaling through leadership

Time: 11 November 9–10.30 | Place: online

This webinar is especially designed for companies and public sector organizations interested in learning more about AI leadership during the AI transformation. You’ll hear experiences, perspectives, and practical examples of how AI capabilities can be scaled into business value. Speakers include AI management professionals from SOK and other organizations.

NAU Workshop: Empowering developers and deployers in the AI ecosystem

Time: 19-21 November | Place: Tallinn

Is your organisation developing or utilising AI solutions or do you invest in those that do? Do you want to stay ahead of EU AI regulations and leverage Nordic-Baltic AI support networks?

Join us for a dynamic workshop designed to support both businesses and public sector actors in navigating and thriving within the evolving AI landscape.

The workshop is part of a Nordic AI Union pre-study, funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers.

Co-creation workshop for SMEs

Time: 2 December 9–12 | Place: Haaga-Helia's Pasila campus

The event will begin with case presentations from Oras Oy and CloEE Oy, showcasing their applications of AI. After the presentations, we will continue working on topics related to scaling AI projects.

AI Start: develop, experiment, and grow

Programs start on January 13, 2026 (in Finnish) and March 10, 2026 (in English). The AIStart project is co-funded by the European Union.

“No preconceptions and no favoritism” – Artificial intelligence is seen as a fairer leader than humans

As many as 49 percent of employees who responded to Haaga-Helia’s online survey believe that artificial intelligence distributes tasks more fairly than a human. 38 percent believe that working “under a machine” would have a positive impact on career development.

A service robot can ease a busy work shift and entertain customers

Haagahelians tested how the Keenon T5 service robot is suitable for tasks in the hospitality and catering industry. Preliminary results are promising.
