A representative of your staff takes part in Haaga-Helia’s service design course (10 ects) and, together with Haaga-Helia’s student team, implements a project under the guidance of our certified service design trainers.
Becoming an ambassador and studying together with people from other fields is a cost-efficient option that will bring permanent competence to your company. While the service design ambassadors learn personal service design skills, the multidisciplinary team brings an objective and fresh perspective to the assignment.
