Training objectives

The training focuses on supporting participants in designing structured and context-responsive guidance counsellor training programmes:

  • To provide a structured process for developing a guidance counsellor training programme
  • To identify core competences and learning outcomes for counsellors
  • To support participants in tailoring the programme to their own context and system.

Training content

  • Mapping national or regional needs
