Heli Koskinen is responsible for commercial operations at the Haaga-Helia School of Professional Teacher Education. She is responsible for the development, sales, and delivery of education export services, as well as the design of international education and capacity-building programmes in collaboration with pedagogical experts. Heli plays a key role in the planning, product development, and continuous improvement of professional development programmes and education export services offered by the School of Professional Teacher Education. Her responsibilities also include the marketing and sales of training services, building national and international partnerships, and participating in funding applications and development projects.
Heli is also responsible for the activities of Haaga-Helia’s Africa Network. She has been closely involved in advancing Haaga-Helia’s contribution to addressing global challenges in teaching and learning together with the institution’s partner universities in the Global South.
Heli has a strong background in international communications and marketing and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has worked in a wide range of communications and marketing roles in Finland and abroad and has extensive experience in content creation and translation.
