The students enrol for all courses by using Peppi.
Enrolments are made according to the enrolment times of the academic year. Enrolment instructions are available in Peppi (Login required).
Timetable tool (Lukkarikone) helps you plan your studies
Lukkarikone is a view to Haaga-Helia’s reservation system. It is a tool that enables students to generate and personalise study schedules. You will find the Master's level courses in Lukkarikone using the course and implementation code (e.g. ANA701HH1YE-3001) or the group search: Master. You can use the tool in two ways: by giving the machine your group code and generating your own schedule based on your group's schedule or alternatively by searching for different study implementations and generating your own schedule based on the information that you have selected. You can also use both of these methods simultaneously. The tool searches for all reservations with the given inputs and generates a schedule for you. NB! You can view the study offering without logging in, but you need to log in to create your own timetables and to edit them.
Implementation methods:
The reformed implementation methods will be applied to implementations starting after 1 January 2027.
CONTACT – The implementation is delivered as in-person teaching on campus.
BLENDED – Blended will be a separate implementation method. The implementation includes teaching on campus and/or online as well as independent study. Check Lukkarikone (Timetable tool) to see whether the blended course teaching takes place on campus or online. Remember to log in to Lukkarikone.
ONLINE – The implementation is delivered as scheduled online teaching.
INDEPENDENTONLINE – Virtual implementation will be INDEPENDENTONLINE. The implementation consists of independent work in an online learning environment according to given deadlines. The course may include remotely proctored demonstration of competence.
Possible additional code: NONSTOP - An implementation for which enrolment remains open until two weeks before the end of the implementation. The implementation can be completed at the student's own pace during the period when the implementation is available.
Please note that you can find the virtual implementations from Lukkarikone, but there isn't a specific schedule.
The new Master’s degree curriculum was implemented in August 2025. The table below shows which courses from the old curriculum correspond to the new courses.

Academic year 2026-2027
The enrolment for spring semester 2027 and summer 2027 implementations begins on 25 November 2026 at 8.00 and ends on 2 December 2026 at 16.00. The post-enrolment begins on 14 December 2026 at 9.00 and ends at 16.00 on the Friday of the week before the implementation begins.
