Haaga-Helia International Teacher Week offers an interesting five-day programme for its partners.
The program will include workshops on the theme of the week. The rest of the weeks program will concist of cultural porgram and teaching in Haaga-Helia course, which will be planned after your acceptance by your teacher host for the courses. This means we will offer an individual program for each guest,.
The teaching can take place at 4 campuses in and around the Helsinki region. However all campuses are within traveling distance from Helsinki.
Preliminary program
Monday 3 November - Welcome day
- 08.30 Registration opens with coffee at Pasila campus
- 09.00-10.00 Welcome to Haaga-Helia
- 10.00-11.00 Networking with other participants and campus tour
- 11.00-12.00 Welcome to Finland
- 12-13 Lunch
- 13.00-15.00 Workshop according to theme.
- 18.00 Welcome dinner at restaurant Shelter
Tuesday 4 November
- Teaching in Haaga-Helia courses
- 14.00-16.00 Workshop
- !6.00 guided tour of Helsinki
Wednesday 5 November
- Teaching in Haaga-Helia courses
Thursday 6 November
- Teaching in Haaga-Helia courses
- 17.30 Evening program: Visit to Allas Sea pool and Finnish quiz evening
Friday 7 November
- 10.15-12 Wrap up
- 12.00 The program is estimated to end
