The project develops the service, sales and marketing skills of the staff of SMEs in the tourism and leisure services sector in Uusimaa in the field of sustainable luxury tourism.
The project will create a network of high-quality service competences linking SMEs, traction companies and experts, enabling new business opportunities.
Key objectives
✔ Improve the capacity of SME staff to innovate and respond to the needs of demanding customer groups.
✔ Developing responsible, high-quality services and concepts.
✔ Promote networking, cooperation and peer learning between tourism and related sectors.
Strengthening the competitiveness of Uusimaa requires leadership in the field of luxury tourism and the project will bring together actors to develop the attractiveness and service levels of the region.
