The traditional work roles are redefined towards community development and joint value creation transcending organizational boundaries. By utilizing the expertise of knowledge workers, adapting cooperation mechanisms and extending them across professional boundaries, new technologies such as artificial intelligence and software robotics are introduced in a more productive manner. .

The project aims:

• to promote the development of working life by increasing understanding of the use of new technologies, artificial intelligence and robotics, so that productivity and well-being become an integral part of the workplace of the future,
• to produce new information about the role and potential of knowledge workers in embracing new technologies and learning to generate value with their use,
• to support the evolution of the work roles of knowledge workers, which takes place digitally. The change means cooperation between experts across professional boundaries, internalization of new practices and community orientation,
• to develop expertise and participation of experts in technological transformation of a workplace by AI, reducing stress and improving the ability of meaningful work contributions,
• to combine research and practical development work in organizations, building a path from traditional work roles towards community development, value production and meaningful work.
