Micro-credentials Supporting Continuous Learning (POKOT)

POKOT project develops the capabilities of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Professional Teacher Education (PTE) to produce flexible and working life-oriented micro-credentials.

The project aims to strengthen the competence of the teaching staff and management of VET institutions so that they can better respond to the changing needs of working life.

The target group of the project is VET teachers, developers and managers at VET institutions, and professional teacher education experts.

  • We will prepare a competence description and a competence assessment tool for vocational teachers implementing small competence units.
  • We will investigate the current situation and opportunities for continuous learning cooperation in vocational education, working life, and teacher education.
  • We will ensure the pedagogical quality of the provision of small competence units through learning design.

  • Webinars for networking and co-insight
  • Guide for micro-credential learning design
