KESTÄ: Developing sustainability reporting competences

The European Union's new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) introduces new reporting obligations for companies. KESTÄ project offers training on the updated sustainability reporting standards for both current and future professionals in financial management and sustainability roles.

The project aims to:

  • Address the skills gap and labor shortage related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
  • Identify new skill and training needs in collaboration with companies
  • Enhance the expertise of employees and students in sustainability and reporting through flexible training modules
  • Strengthen the job market position of professionals, particularly in financial and sustainability management fields
  • Establish a network for lifelong learning and sharing best practices

Upon completing the training, individuals will be able to identify key sustainability topics and develop both sustainability initiatives and sustainability reporting.
