Europe's green and digital transitions are transforming the skills required in the labour market. The EVOLVE project brings together higher education institutions, public authorities, businesses, and civil society organisations to develop innovative solutions for identifying and addressing future skills needs.
The project will create an AI-driven skills intelligence and forecasting tool, develop models for recognising skills acquired through formal, non-formal, and informal learning, and design micro-credentials that support reskilling and upskilling. These solutions will be piloted in the textile sector and validated through close collaboration between education and industry partners across Europe.
Through cross-sectoral collaboration and international staff exchanges, EVOLVE aims to strengthen the connection between education and working life and support more inclusive, future-ready skills ecosystems.
