This project develops and tests AI-assisted strategic planning in collaboration with organisations from the SME sector in the Uusimaa region. The goal is to create a flexible and easy-to-adopt operating model that supports strategic leadership and business development in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Modern AI models enable companies to create and update strategies quickly and efficiently. The project focuses on developing an AI-assisted strategic planning model that helps SMEs strengthen their innovation capacity and competitiveness across various industries.
Participating companies will receive tailored strategy and implementation plans utilizing AI tools. In addition, the project includes a strategy update cycle. By the end of the project, participating organizations will be equipped to continue rolling annual strategic planning with AI support.
