The Interaction Lab is an innovative research environment that uses emotional intelligence and psychophysiological measurement to explore different interaction situations and the emotional reactions they generate.

The multi-method research will result in new knowledge for the development of interaction skills in areas such as leadership, teamwork, sales and communication. In addition to laboratory research, interaction situations can also be studied in field conditions.
